WSU 5th Annual Farm Summit 2007 a Great Success!
A big thank you to the 160+ participants and to
Eliot Coleman
author of "The Four Season Harvest"

Eliot Coleman is a true gentleman- a fine example of why Thomas Jefferson called "farmers our most important citizens". We all wish that every county in the nation had an Extension agent jus tlike Coleman. What a treat!

Thanks to Eliot, Bon Appetit, the Farmers Market, Fort Worden, the Food Coop and Kate Dean and the Landworks Collaborative and to all the 160 community members that attended the December 5th community talk and the 100+growers who attended the full day growers summit the following day.
